The Venue

For the duration of our training, we’ll make our home at Casa Ana, a beautifully restored 19th-century farmhouse in Cabañas de la Sagra, in the peaceful countryside of Castilla-La Mancha. Located just 15 minutes from the historic city of Toledo and around 40 minutes from Madrid, the venue offers the feeling of a quiet rural escape while remaining wonderfully accessible.
Once a much-loved family restaurant, the house has been thoughtfully restored while preserving its traditional Spanish character. Stone and adobe walls, exposed wooden beams, high ceilings and charming architectural details tell the story of the building’s past, while spacious, light-filled interiors create a comfortable and welcoming environment for our month together.
With around 600 m² of indoor space, six bedrooms, four bathrooms and generous communal areas, there is plenty of room to both connect as a group and find moments of privacy. The former restaurant dining room now serves as a warm gathering space, while the large traditional kitchen will be at the heart of our shared meals.
Outside, peaceful gardens and a seasonal swimming pool offer space to relax between classes, enjoy the Spanish summer sunshine, read, journal or simply slow down after a full day of practice and study.
Surrounded by the landscapes and small towns of central Spain, and with beautiful Toledo just a short drive away, Casa Ana gives us a character-filled and intimate setting in which to practice, learn and live together throughout the training.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Do I need yoga experience to join?
No previous experience is required to join our 200h training. We do recommend having a regular practice before you arrive, as it helps you get the most out of the course, but what matters most is your curiosity and commitment.
Will I be able to teach after the course?
Yes. Our school is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School, so after graduating you can register as an RYT-200, an internationally recognised credential. You also receive a professional photo Media Kit to help you get started as a teacher.
What is a 200h YTT, and what does Yoga Alliance certification mean?
YTT stands for Yoga Teacher Training, and 200 hours is the foundational level most yoga teachers begin with. Yoga Alliance is the best-known international registry for yoga teachers and schools. Because Om & Flow Yoga is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS), you can register as an RYT-200 once you graduate, a credential recognised by studios and retreat centres around the world.
Is there an age limit?
Our students are usually between 20 and 65 years old. What matters most is being ready for a full, active 26-day training.
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely. Most of our students travel on their own and leave with friends from all around the world.
How big is the group?
We train a maximum of 9 students, so everyone receives personal attention and feedback throughout the course.
How do I get there?
Fly into Madrid. Transfers from and to Madrid airport on the first and last day of the course are included, and we coordinate pick-up times with everyone’s flights.
What is a typical day like?
Training days run from early-morning meditation and practice to an evening session, with two longer breaks to rest, study or explore. Sundays are free days to relax, recharge and discover the countryside around Toledo. The full sample schedule is on this page.
What food is served?
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included on training days. All our meals are vegetarian, and we can accommodate most dietary requirements (such as vegan or gluten-free) within that vegetarian frame. Please let us know when you book. Meals are not included on Sundays, but you’re welcome to use the kitchen.
Do I need a visa?
EU citizens don’t need a visa, and most US, Canadian, Australian and UK passport holders can visit Spain without a visa for short stays. Please check your own country’s current entry rules before booking.
How do I secure my place?
Book with a €500 deposit by PayPal or bank transfer. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 90 days before the start date.
